Product Introduction:
The mobile single-stage and multi-stage emulsifier is a piece of equipment that efficiently, rapidly and uniformly disperses one or more phases (liquid, solid, gas) into another immiscible continuous phase (usually liquid). Generally, each phase is immiscible. When external energy is input, the two materials recombine into a homogeneous phase. Due to the high tangential speed generated by the high-speed rotation of the rotor of the three-stage in-line shear pump and the strong kinetic energy brought by high-frequency mechanical effects, the materials are subjected to strong mechanical and hydraulic shearing, centrifugal extrusion, liquid layer friction, impact tearing and turbulence in the narrow gap between the stator and rotor, forming suspensions (solid/liquid), emulsions (liquid/liquid) and foams (gas/liquid). The horizontal in-line three-stage shear pump enables the immiscible solid phase, liquid phase and gas phase to be uniformly and finely dispersed and emulsified instantly under the combined action of corresponding mature processes and appropriate additives. Through the repeated circulation of the high-frequency shear pump, stable high-quality products are finally obtained.
Product Features:
1. The working chamber is equipped with three sets of rotors and stators, and the rotors and stators can be selected as two-layer, four-layer or six-layer.
2. The motor is elastically connected to the bearing housing, and the bearing can be lubricated with grease or oil.

4. Various sealing forms can be selected according to process conditions.
5. Applicable temperature: -20℃ to 160℃; custom-made is required if the temperature exceeds this range.

Working Principle:
The single-stage high-shear emulsification pump adopts a horizontal structure. A set of rotors and stators are installed in the narrow working chamber, which can be designed as a single-stage two-layer or single-stage six-stage structure. The rotors and stators are coupled in pairs and highly matched. Driven by the motor, the intermediate shaft runs at high speed, and the rotors and stators form a vacuum. The material is sucked into the rotor and stator chamber from the inlet. The strong kinetic energy makes the rotor generate a high linear speed, and the material is ejected after undergoing strong impact, crushing, centrifugal extrusion, liquid layer friction and strong shearing between the rotor and stator gaps. Under the action of various forces in different directions, strong turbulence is generated, and the material flows out from the outlet. Multiple cycle operations can be carried out.
